I am talking about a simple yet powerful software; I’ve found it difficult to solve some minor pc problems faced by my loved ones, when i’m not actually present with them, i try to help them via phone which sometimes seem hectic and confusing when they cannot understand the situation or explain the problem to me. show my pc : choose this option if you want to let others control your PC, you will receive a temporary password which u need to communicate to the viewer for him to be able to take control of your PC. You can also provide limited control to the viewer.
view remote pc : choose this option and you will be asked for the password, you need to get the password from the presenter ie. the person who wants to share their PC with you and after entering it; your PC will show your presenters screen onto your computer and you can use it just like yours.
